In particular, in compliance with Article 7, the interested party can obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data that concern him or her, even if not yet registered and their communication in intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain information regarding: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purpose and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out using electronic tools; d) identification of the data processor and the managers and representatives appointed in compliance with by Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who could become aware of the said data in their capacity as designated representative of the State’s territory, data processor or person in charge of processing. The interested party has the right to obtain; a) the updating, correction or when necessary the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed, collected or subsequently processed in breach of the law; c) certification that the operations mentioned in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, with regards to their content too, to those to whom the data was communicated or diffused, except when this fulfilment should prove to be impossible or leads to a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected. The interested party has the right to oppose, either totally or in part, a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data that concerns him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of data collection; b) the processing of personal data that concerns him or her for sending publicity material, making direct sales, carrying out market research or commercial communications. 7. The data collected will be kept on the data processor’s premises for two years. During that time, the same will be able to exercise the rights mentioned in point 6 above.
