	In compliance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, HSD s.r.l., the company that owns the website www.cuoredibimbo.com, in its position as data processor would like to point out that: 1. The interested party has the right to obtain; a) the updating, correction or when necessary the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed, collected or subsequently processed in breach of the law; c) certification that the operations mentioned in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, with regards to their content too, to those to whom the data was communicated or diffused, except when this fulfilment should prove to be impossible or leads to a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected. The interested party has the right to oppose, either totally or in part, a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data that concerns him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of data collection; b) the processing of personal data that concerns him or her for sending publicity material, making direct sales, carrying out market research or commercial communications. 7.
